Press Scrap Guidance Systems

It is the task of turning the covers of the chimneys where the scrap sheets coming out of the mold in the press lines to be poured are opened and closed manually, instead of turning them into automatic with a pneumatic system.
Since long stroke pneumatic cylinders are required to convert the system to automation, special mechanisms have been designed and systems that will work more efficiently with shorter stroke cylinders have been designed.
As a result, scrap flow was provided to the chimneys in accordance with work safety.
In addition, telescopic opening routing covers that will direct the scraps from the sides to the chimneys are included in the system in order not to damage the systems when the doors are open.
