Press End Product Casing

End of Press Product Crating Developed by Meşe Makina together with TKG Automotive.
The purpose of the system is to automatically fill the parts removed from the press into the crates in the desired quantity. The sheet metal parts shaped in the mold are transferred to the press outlet via the conveyor. For the parts transferred, the operators put in the empty crates and took the filled ones. The crating machine designed and manufactured by Oak Machine keeps the empty crates in the holding station and when the desired number of parts are filled in the box at the filling station, it sends the box to the last station where it will be taken as full.
