Poke Yoke Machines

Poka Yoke Machines ensure that all inspected approved parts are not mixed with rejected parts with manufacturing defects.
When the final process on the part is done and approved, the covers are closed automatically after the operator puts the part on the table where the part entry section is opened.
It is not possible to take parts other than authorized personnel, and it is prevented from continuing the production of defective parts or sending them to the customer.
